Inventory locations

Choose the Shopline warehouses that should count toward Shopify inventory.

Shopify stock location

Optional. Paste a Shopify location ID only when inventory must be written to a specific Shopify location.

Shopline warehouses

Add every Shopline warehouse that should be included. Inventory from listed warehouses is summed before writing to Shopify.

Sync fields

Choose which product data should be mirrored to Shopify.

External URL attribution Append first-party UTM parameters to every variant's shopify.external_url.

Leave the variant parameter blank when every variant should open the same product page. If your Shopline storefront supports a variant query parameter, enter only its parameter name; the sync inserts the source variant ID.

Inventory Sync inventory quantities. SEO fields Sync the SEO description metafield used by product discovery and AI answers. Images Copy product and variant images so AI channels can show the product visually. Published only Only sync products that are online in Shopline.

Excluded products

Enter Shopline product IDs or handles, one per line or separated by commas. These products are skipped by full syncs and webhook updates.

Connect Shopline, verify Shopify access, then choose manual sync or webhook updates.

Recommended launch order

Run one full sync first, review the latest run, then enable webhook sync after the product mirror looks correct.

1. Base settings

Enter the Shopline store name and store handle.
Paste a Shopline API token with product read access.
Click Test connection and confirm Shopline product read access plus Shopify write credentials.

2. Sync fields

Keep Published only enabled for normal Agentic catalog sync.
Enable Images and SEO fields for richer product discovery.
Enable Inventory only after adding every Shopline warehouse that should count toward Shopify stock.

3. First full sync

Click Sync now to queue a full product sync.
Open Latest run and check Create/Update, Unchanged, and Failed counts.
If failures appear, fix the setting shown in the run log before enabling webhooks.

4. Webhook sync

Use this endpoint in Shopline after the app is deployed behind HTTPS.

Configure product create/update events.
Configure inventory update events if inventory sync is enabled.
Use the same webhook secret in Shopline and this app.
