Save the defaults used by manual sync and incoming Shopline webhooks.

Automatic sync

When enabled, verified Shopline webhooks create incremental sync jobs for changed products and inventory events.

Webhook sync Use Shopline product and inventory webhooks to update Shopify without running a full sync.

Sync fields

Choose which product data should be mirrored to Shopify.

Inventory Sync inventory quantities. SEO fields Sync the SEO description metafield used by product discovery and AI answers. Images Copy product and variant images so AI channels can show the product visually. Published only Only sync products that are online in Shopline.

Connect Shopline, verify Shopify access, then choose manual sync or webhook updates.

Recommended launch order

Run one full sync first, review the latest run, then enable webhook sync after the product mirror looks correct.

1. Base settings

Enter the Shopline store name and store handle.
Paste a Shopline API token with product read access.
Click Test and confirm Store and Shopify are ready.

2. Sync fields

Keep Published only enabled for normal Agentic catalog sync.
Enable Images and SEO fields for richer product discovery.
Enable Inventory only after the US location mapping is ready.

3. First full sync

Click Sync now to queue a full product sync.
Open Latest run and check Create/Update, Unchanged, and Failed counts.
If failures appear, fix the setting shown in the run log before enabling webhooks.

4. Webhook sync

Use this endpoint in Shopline after the app is deployed behind HTTPS.

/webhooks/shopline

Configure product create/update events.
Configure inventory update events if inventory sync is enabled.
Use the same webhook secret in Shopline and this app.
